BETTER Than The Aputure MC?! Weeylite S05 Pocket RGB Light Review

- When it comes to pocket RGB lights, there are a number of options to choose from. And in most cases, videographers and content creators alike have gravitated toward the Aputure MC to meet this need. But is there an even better option out there that contains just as many features - if not more - for only a fraction of the cost of the MC?
In this review, I'll go over why the Weeylite S05 is arguably one of the best pocket RGB lights out there for the money. This includes covering all of the light's specifications and features, and discussing its many color modes (e.g. CCT, HSI, RGBWY, FX), while also looking at the functionality provided by the Weeylite Pro app. Of course, I'll also do a direct, feature-by-feature comparison of the Weeylite S05 to the Aputure MC, and discuss which light I think comes out on top.
All in all, the Weeylite S05 is an incredibly compelling light that offers a vast range of features that other lights more than triple its price point don't even match in some cases. Therefore, it's one you should highly consider adding to your kit either as a primary or spare RGB light for a number of uses.

Thanks for the video man
No problem, Hussein!
Good job brother. Some people don’t realize how hard it is to make these and how much time it takes. I can see accepting criticism if you ask but if you’re happy, then I’m here to accept your style and presentation. Have a good day. Subbed for ya my man.
Thanks Sean! For sure, it's easy to critique when you're not the one doing any of the work making these videos.😉I appreciate the support!
Enjoyed the video. Perhaps we can link to each others channels in the future. I make product reviews of only products I've personally used for a long time (6 months or more). I'll soon be reviewing a cheap RGB light I ordered from Asian e-commerce (I live in Thailand) made by Ulanzi. It's also important to note that there are fake Ulanzi RBG lights and I'll be making a video on the differences. What I liked MOST about your video was using the Weeylite for a key light. Everyone wants to be a talking head in social media, but NO ONE wants an obnoxiously big ass key light in their small apartment. I think you can get more views by teaching people how to use these RBG lights for semi-pro lighting.
Thanks Ken! Yeah it's surprising what can be done with a small light like this, I'll be exploring some more compact light setups for sure in future videos.
Mc is better
Triple the price of the S05 better? 🤔
@@andrewsaraceni For triple the price no but put that in the title.
